This was cute, but it could have been better. Lara Jean writes love letters. She pours her heart and soul out in her letters. She’s written five of them, one for each boy she’s ever loved. She hasn’t sent these letters, and she never will. They are for her eyes only. But then her letters mysteriously disappear, and Lara Jean is horrified to realize that they’ve been sent out. And one of them is addressed to none other than her older sister’s ex, Josh. Lara Jean’s sister Margot just broke up with Josh because she’s going to college in Scotland. But Lara Jean had a crush on Josh before Margot ever did. But Lara Jean knows she’ll never be with Josh, and that’s fine. She doesn’t want Josh to think she still likes him, so she kisses Peter Kavinsky, who also got a letter. In order to save face with Josh and make Peter’s ex jealous, Lara Jean and Peter start fake dating. But Josh is still around, and Margot will be home for Christmas at some point. What drama will unfold then?
